Practicing yoga brings more energy, power and flexibility in mind and body. At the same time, it brings peace and stillness by combining yoga poses which activate energy in the body with ones that relax and relieve stress. 

Through bringing awareness and attention to the connection of breath and movement by letting the breath guide the movement, both inner strength and stillness can be found.
