Hi there, welcome to my website!

I'm Chantal,
certified yoga teacher & positive leadership practitioner. 

In October 2018 I successfully completed my yoga teacher training in India and have proudly been a certified yoga teacher ever since.

Thanks to my experience in the corporate world I'm able to accommodate to the specific needs in the business environment, addressing common mindfulness hurdles in the workplace.

In my classes I bring attention to the connection of breathing and moving by guiding your movement with your breath to find both strength and peace from within.
