Hi there, welcome to my website!

I'm Chantal,
E-commerce marketeer for a multinational corporation by day,
yoga teacher by night. 

In October 2018 I successfully completed my yoga teacher training in India and have proudly been a certified yoga teacher ever since.

In my classes I bring attention to the connection of breathing and moving by guiding your movement with your breath to find both strength and peace from within.
